Lawsuit against Wellbutrin???

Has anyone heard of a lawsuit again Wellbutrin? I had a friend just texted me very concerned because of this lawsuit - I can't find anything. The lawsuit was supposed to be because of severe weight gain, increased depression, and even death. According to what I have read, it is supposed to supress appetite. I have noticed a headache which is also a side effect - my dose was just increased on Thurs, so I know my body is still adjusting. Just trying to figure this all out and on wether I need to get ahold of my dr on Thurs for prescription change.

To give background: I have been on Welbutrin for about 4 weeks from Celexa (put on 15 lbs from Celexa), and my dose was just increased from 150 mg to 300 mg on Thurs (not even a week). Thanks in advance!!

I think most of the lawsuit is aimed at birth defects but at the bottom of the page there is more about the other side effects. If you google wellbutrin lawsuit a lot comes up. Hope this helps!
