Too Much Whey Protein Per Day?? P90X

Today I realized I am having 5 scoops of Whey Isolate Protein.

2 for breakfast mixed with yogurt and water. Also egg whites, cheese, and peanut butter

1 for an afternoon snack mixed with water. with a carb control protein bar

Then 2 scoops Post workout with peanut butter & a banana.

I have almost a perfect 50% protein / 30% carbs / 20% fats for the day (P90x Fat Shredder).

Is it unhealthy to have so much Whey in one day?

    It's kind of too much whey protein for your body to process each day. It's ideal to eat up to 2 scoops per day, not 5. Try getting lean chicken and lean turkey alternatives because each serving is basically equal to 1 scoop of whey protein. What calories are you at? I'm on the fat shredder as well.
