    I'm a shift worker.
    2 days, then 2 nights then off for 4 days. I'm on my only night shift this work rotation. I usually work 12 hrs but I'm off at 0200 tonight.

    I'll add you. I work the same shift, 2 days, 2 nights. I'm in on OT tonight, off at 0400 hrs.

    I also work nights; 12 hour shifts! I'm at home right now though. My sleep pattern is carved in stone! :smile:

    I work mainly night fit in better around my children. I am a midwife and work 12 hour shifts.

    I'm a night shift person. I work part time so two 12 hour shifts a week. I had a hard time figuring out how to track my calories.

    I dont work nights anymore but did for 4.5 years...Just want to say that I think its extra hard to dedicate to healthy lifestyle when on nights so I commend you all and encourage you to continue in your journey. Good on all of you!! Blessings

    I'm a night shift person. I work part time so two 12 hour shifts a week. I had a hard time figuring out how to track my calories.
    I changed all my times on the log to 4 hour shifts. That way no matter what shift I work each day, I can log it at the correct time. Then I make a notation in the note section as to my hours that day. Add me if you would like.
