New to this but lets see where it takes us!
Have put a bit of weight on since losing my Dad at Xmas (I am sure a lot of people can relate to that) so set myself an initial goal of losing about 15 pounds. I am only a Hobbit so 15 pounds is a lot of baggage for me to haul round! I have been training at least 3 times a week (KBs and HIIT mainly) since Feb but dont seem to be losing weight although I am much fitter and my body shape is changing. I have started mixing in some cycling and plan to do the c25K with my wife so this may shift some weight.
Enjoying reading peoples blogs etc and feel inspired by some of the stories I have read on here.
Onwards and upwards (but not in weight)!!!
