Hi,
I actually joined the site last year but never used it. Now I've downloaded the app everywhere!
I am a mum of 2 in the UK, work full time and also do some paid photography, as well as it being my hobby.
I've lost this sort of weight before, by doing lots of exercise and eating sensibly over something like 6 months. This is the first time I've calorie counted though, I've been badgered into trying out the app by my hubby who has lost weight successfully with this.
I may have to amend my eating targets though - I have been constantly hungry the past two days and already feel very irritable - we shall see what Sunday's weigh in holds. That might be enough for me to carry on at 1200cals per day. It's not that I ate badly (I've probably visited a fast food restaurant once in the past 8 years and we don't have take aways at all), I just eat frequently...
I have a (good quality) rower and exercise bike at home, so tend to spend half an hour on each as much as I can.
My target is to wear the clothes I bought last time I lost the weight. I actually don't enjoy clothes shopping so if I can have "new" clothes by just wearing the ones in the wardrobe, that's great for me!
Thanks for listening to my ramble - back to work now!
