Just wondering...

I was just wondering how accurate the calculations are on the home page where it says "If every day were like today, you would weigh _____ in 5 weeks." Has anyone kept up with it to see if that really was what you weigh in 5 weeks (or close to it)? That motivates me pretty good and that way I can see just about what I need to do to be where I want in that time...

If you meet your calorie deficit goal for the week, it's very accurate.0

Awesome! I was losing momentum a little, but that picked it right back up! I hate feeling like I am going into something kinda blind, but it really helps to know what I need to do in order to achieve the results I want in a given time.. :bigsmile:0
