Hello ! need motivation friends :))

Hello :) I'm sam, male, 19, just here to lose a few extra lbs (10lbs to be precise!!!) however have been losing 5 then gaining it back again due to lack of motivation!!! :)

I'm currently 186 lbs and want to be around 175, 170 mark :) just need that bit of motvation, someone to diet with, keep in contact with i suppose, I don't know if it will help! but it would be nice to share tips, successes etc.

I use my iphone app and the online site to keep track of things !

please let me know, boy, girl, old, young if youre up for it :)

Also a question, does drinking more water keep you from being hungry AT ALL?? like a bit? i just find it gets me bloated but am told otherwise haha :) thanks in advance :) x
