Hi all! I hope this is the right place to post this, I've adjusted my macro goals to aim for more protein/less carbs. Is there anyone with an open diary (I'm desperately seeking ideas and guidance here!) with similar macro goals? I'm aiming for 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat (and will probably hit about 45/30/30, but aim high, right?).

EDIT: Actually, the nutrition board would probably be a better place, sorry!

    I am on 45 carbs, 30 protein and 25 fats. I don,t want lower carbs than this as I run and don,t have the energy if i go lower. I am often over on fat but good fats as I eat lots of houmous, peanut butter., olive oil and oily fish. My diary is open and I log everyday. Feel free to add me.

    I'm currently set at 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fats.

    I'm typically pretty good about meeting or staying under all of these goals, although it took some adjusting.
