Hi, I have a problem... i lose weight very quickly but i also gain very quickly. when i eat healthy a shed the pounds/ but as soon as i stop i gain it back with extras. is it just me or there are others with this problem also:smile: ?

    This is very common. I think I have to find a reasonable food plan that I can live with (and enjoy) for life. I have taken the word "diet" out of my vocabulary. I can't ever go back to the way I used to eat and most of that doesn't have anything to do with weight. So are you enjoying your food plan now? If not, how could you change it so that you don't abandon it and get sucked into a pattern of yo-yo gain and loss?

    i do enjoy my food plan. i eat often, small portions, and i enjoy the food i'm eating. im worried that i have lost 10 pounds too quickly (1week). i know its water mostly but....

    I lost about 8lbs my first week and 5lbs my second. Those numbers didn't last long but the first 50 came off pretty fast, now it's much slower! I wouldn't worry too much about it though. Once you get going it will stabilize a bit. I would recommend not thinking in terms of diet though, if you go back to the old way of eating when you're done the weight will come back.
