is this lactose intolerance?

I know I'm lactose intolerant. Since milk makes me puke, I usually don't get enough dairy at one time to cause much problem-maybe a little pain for an hour. But the last few days, I have been getting more dairy than usual and now I have these horrid stabbing jabbing sharp pains all in my entire belly. The pain moves around and is severe. There's no blood. It hurts more to walk. And (this is the embarrassing part) it seems to hurt most down low. I tried to put in a tampon and I thought i was gonna die, lol. My husband tried to wink at me last night and um, no! lol I'm sure it's not coming from my girlies, since I can push up towards my bladder, but not down towards my bum. I have literally been up all night cuz it hurts so bad. Anyway, I didn't know lactose intolerance could be so painful. Is this how you feel? Or should I watch and make sure it is not something like an alien pregnancy?

I'd say go to your primary doctor.

    Could you have ovarian cysts?

I agree with the above though. With that sort of pain you need to see a doctor.

I agree that you should see your doctor. The pain that moves around as you described sounds like it could be the lactose intolerance which tends to make you crampy through out your intestines. The other pains you are having in the female region are probably not related to the lactose intolerance especially if the lining of the vagina is painful or tender. As I said its best to consult a doctor and get checked out just to be safe.
