Hey all:
Just found this thing called Intermittent Fasting. I am really interested in trying it out because I'm just a curious girl and plus it sounds healthy. But I don't want to start anything new without seeking some advices here. Just want to know what are your thoughts on IF and of course any past experiences with IF.
Thanks
Here is a little information about IF, if you are curious 2

Here's a good article on it:

This is the site that somewhat generated the IF hype...Fitness Spotlight shares a lot of the same dietary and fitness advice/views of Mark Sisson.

I've done it a few times...Mostly when I'm in a social situation where I don't want to eat the proverbial crap that's being offered. It also works well after a large meal in the evening - fast onward to lunch after waking in the morning.

I also do fasted workouts and there's a lot of contradictory info out there on that. Take it at face value and do what works for you. I think IF is a good thing and can be used to one's benefit.
