oops 500 under weekly goal

so i eat 1200 calories a day and i went thru my diary last night and noticed that i double clicked a meal twice! so i took it off and now it shows i am 500 cals under my weekly goal. i don't know if i have been tired these past 3 days because i now wake up at 4am this week instead of 8am for work and because i have been bombarded with summer school hw. while i have been tired i am not hungry starving like i "missed" those 500cals.

what do you think should i eat those 500 or new week and just leave it alone? i don't like or want my body to get used to big deficits because i know i wont do that forever so 1200 cals a day but 500 left over for the week not sure if its something i should worry and eat or leave it alone.

    If you're hungry eat, if you're not, don't. : )

    500 cals give or take is not going to make a great difference. I'm in maintenance so I tend to pay attention to my end of week net so I don't lose any more weight. Last week I was over by 600, this week under by 600...it all evens out.

    Yeah, 500 over the course of a week is not a big deal.
