I take a liquid iron supplement called Floravital

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Floravital-Vitamin-Formula-Liquid-500ml/dp/B002F5GESU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1341409992&sr=8-1

It's made from plant sources and so it's much more bio-available than synthetic iron supplements. I eat lots of iron rich food, but still struggle to get enough iron without the Floravital.

Calcium rich foods: Dairy products, veggies such as broccoli, cabbage and Kale are all fab sources, as is tofu.

Um.... VEGGIES! U might BE a veggie, but I didn't see many in your diary. Kale, salad greens, broccoli, string beans, etc. plus almond butter, tahini, hemp seeds...you can easily meet calcium and iron. I also like to supplement with vega all-in-one protein shakes.
