Looking for peach recipes

We have a peach tree that has such and abundance of fruit on it the branches are bending. Does anyone have any good low fat/calorie recipes they can share with me? If it's something that freezes well that would be fantastic. I don't want any of this wonderful fruit away....thanks!

I was just planning on making canned peaches today!
