Hello

My name is Amira. I'm fairly new. I'm a 40 year old, very active mom. I workout 5-6 days/week. Right now I run and do insanity. I am also a nurse who currently teaches at several institutions. During the school year I'm very busy. I was using another app to track and lose weight before this one and lost 10lbs very quickly. But I've now hit a wall. My goal was very small 10-15lbs knowing that the last few pounds are the hardest, I'm trying not to lose faith and tell myself "staying still is better than gaining" so I'm sticking this program for now.
