question about calorie in take

hi there i have been a weight watcher member since 4/11. I was 173.8 and hit my goal of 140. I have been using myfitness for a while and also doing beachbody workouts since 3/12. I have lost 7 pounds since than. gotta question i wanna get to 125 and had my calories set at 1400. today I changed to 1350 to see if that will start the loss again. I workout 6 days a week should I be upping calories or am i where i should be.

The closer you get to goal and the less you have to lose, the less you want you daily deficit to be. I would figure out your TDEE (google a calculator for that), then subtract 10 - 20% percent and don't eat back exercise calories (they are already accounted for with this method).0

Im 5 foot 3 and weigh 130.4 as of todays wi. i do turbo jam six days a week0

Your TDEE is around 2035 for moderate activity and 2260 for strenuous activity (I like the Scooby calculator: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ -- ignore the info about meal timing and macros).
Not sure what those exercises involve but maybe pick something in between there to use as your "working" TDEE. It's all an estimation anyway. Let's say 2100.
You only want to lose 5 lbs so I would suggest that even 1400 is not enough calories - this is a 700 cal daily deficit. You can't lose very fast at the end. I lost my last 5 lbs on a 250 cal daily deficit (rate of .5 lbs/wk). I would say at minimum go for 1600. If your TDEE is closer to 2260, 1800 would be better - that would be a 20% cut. You may need to play around with it but I would up calories to restart the loss, not drop them.

well i think i will take your advice and try upping instead of lowering. right now im also trying eat clean only diet. really not sure how long i will last on that lol.0
