Marinades

I'm marinading kabobs for july 4th and I don't know how to enter this on MFP. I'm obviously not using all the liquid, a lot gets left behind. How do you log this?

  • I tend to log ~half, there was a thread on this very recently and the general consensus seemed to be just log a fraction of ti as most gets left behind/dribble sinto the griddle or whatever you use to cook them.

    when I use the bottled kind, I tend to log whatever it says for one serving - usually 2 tablespoons or something - I figure that's probably about how much ends up in the food I'm eating, even if I let the food sit in the entire bottle.

    If I'm making my own, I try to guess as best I can based on the ingredients I used.
