need help with nutrition, exercise...

Dear all,
I am 5´8" and have 140 lbs.
I work out every day, and I need to eat about 1500 calories per day, but most of the time I eat under my calorie goal. I think it's weird that even tough I eat „perfect“ and I try carefully not to gain extra pounds I still can't achieve anything. Sometimes I weight more than 140 lbs, don't know how that is possible, but it is. I work hard (Turbofire program, I'm in the 15th week out of 20 weeks) track my food, and there are no results. What am I doing wrong? Ok, there are some changes im my measures, I lose 7 cm in my waist, have nice leg muscles, and my arms are little bit shaped, but that are not the results I was hoping for… Before Turbofire program, I worked Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (about 3 weeks) Hip hop abs (whole program) and Beachbody Insanity (2 weeks).
Anyways I hope I'll get some awesome suggestions from you guys, and I'll do my best to be a good member of this group. Looking forward to chat with all of you guys, you seem awesome :wink:
