OKAY IMStarting to drink whey chocolate and banana protein shakes and they are freaking amazing:P! how will this change my diet?!?! will I gain weight because my body is getting the protein it needs? lol I got a random burst of energy at mylunch whenI bought one from booster juice nd I started sweating but I was moving around a lot.. lol! Also, what would happen if I had them too much?~ if i like something too much I tend to overdo it..especiallyyyyyyyyyyy if its healthy~ So should I really watch myself with these things ?!

Protein drinks are good supplements, but not so good for meal replacement. The body doesn't have to work too hard to digest the shake. They are also good for a pre-workout drink or a post-workout drink to aid in recovery, or both..... Everyone is different and it depends on what type of results you want. If you drink too much, the protein will go right through you (if you know what I mean) and will not be used by the body.

If your diet is right, you should be getting all your protein and other nutrients from food. Only supplement when you don't meet requirements in this area. With all due respect, you're hardly obese.
