Hello! I used this site approximately one year ago and it really did help me when I had to be honest and keep track of my food intake. I stopped using it because I stopped making time for the workouts and preparing the food. However, now I am back and determined to make the time that is needed to lose the weight and, once again, have better health. There are some excellent ideas I have seen here with supportive people.
