Pretty limited workout options

I'm just wondering if anyone here has had success with limited workout options. I LOVE to cycle and do so about 3-5x per week. Usually I usually cycle hard 2x a week and the rest it's usually more of a steady pace. I don't really like to do anything else like running and I much prefer outdoors to an indoor gym! Other that that I do strength 3x a week, sometimes throwing in a 4th if I feel like it. My strength is extremely varied...I never follow a strict routine.

Anyways, I'm just wondering if this sounds ok or if my body will just because accustomed to it. I know there's other options like running and swimming but I much prefer cycling. I'd really appreciate success stories from other people who usually stick to the same workouts and have lost weight.
