New to site

I am a 60 yr old female with about 10 stubborn pounds to lose. I do work out mostly walking with a dvd or on a treadmill. But my job is sitting most of the day in front of a computer. Frankly I feel fat right now.And i need motivation, and a good eating plan that can fit into my days.
I currently put myself on a 6 wk challenge and commit to walking 6 days a week. and really watching what I eat.

    Thanks ladies, I am glad I found this site, keeping the food diary is awesome. I can look up the calories before I indulge, and it keeps me from eating too much.
