Dear all,
I am 5´8" and have 140 lbs.
I work out every day, and I need to eat about 1500 calories per day, but most of the time I eat under my calorie goal. I think it's weird that even tough I eat „perfect“ and I try carefully not to gain extra pounds I still can't achieve anything. Sometimes I weight more than 140 lbs, don't know how that is possible, but it is. I work hard (Turbofire program, I'm in the 15th week out of 20 weeks) track my food, and there are no results. What am I doing wrong? Ok, there are some changes im my measures, I lose 7 cm in my waist, have nice leg muscles, and my arms are little bit shaped, but that are not the results I was hoping for… Before Turbofire program, I worked Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (about 3 weeks) Hip hop abs (whole program) and Beachbody Insanity (2 weeks).
Anyways I hope I'll get some awesome suggestions from you guys, and I'll do my best to be a good member of this group. Looking forward to chat with all of you guys, you seem awesome

Are you eating back your exercise calories if not you might not be eating enough as you are working so hard. Your body might be hanging on to the weight to fuel your workouts. Other people can explain this better than me but I have personal experience of eating more to lose weight.0

If you open your food diary we can look at it see how you are getting your calories. How far below 1500 are you on a regular basis? If your not eating enough calories to compensate for your working out, you are going to have a hard time losing weight. Your body will go into starvation mode. I would also wonder what you body fat is? You might want to think about working with a trai er for a few weeks.0

I think I don't eat enough. Well, I need to take extra care of food intake, and have patience! I think I can do that! Thanks for your response!0

Hi,
I know everyone is different, but I'll just share my personal situation. I am 5'6" and I weight 140 pounds. I am a healthy weight and body fat percentage (25%). I would like to get down to 20% body fat. I work out a lot, too. Currently doing Insanity. To get to where I'm at now, I have done other Beachbody programs. The fitness part is easy. I believe the reason I haven't gotten down to the BF% I want is in the kitchen. You probably need to eat more, but it's the quality of the calories and not the quantity that gets your body fat down. I would definitely not worry about the number on the scale. I have a number in my mind (130), but if I eat well and lose body fat, I won't care about the number on the scale.
if you are looking for help in eating clean, there are a lot of great websites out there. I'm in the middle of moving at the moment, so I haven't checked them out completely. Another possibility since you are familiar with Beachbody products is the Ultimate Reset. It's a 21 day program that focuses solely on healthy eating. If you already have a Team Beachbody Coach, ask them about it. If not, I'm a relatively new Coach, but I can help you learn more about it.
Good luck!0
