Newbie to myfitnesspal

Hi,
I'm new to myfitnesspal, my name is Mark (aka Puggy). I'm 41 and live in Wales.
I've battled the bulge all of my life and conquered it on several occasions. Only problem is, life has a habit of getting in the way and before you know it you've put on a few pounds (ok 18 lbs). So here I am again, about to embark on another battle before things get out of hand.
If there is anyone out there looking for support or willing to offer support and inspiration then I'd really like to get in touch with you.
