Need Some Tips for Low Sodium Diet

Went to the doctor last week for an unrelated injury and it was discovered that my blood pressure was 183 over 130. I immediately started medication and watching what I eat. On Tuesday it was 174 over 98, a slight improvement. I've spent most of the day going through low sodium diets, so much so that my head is spinning, but I have found several low sodium meals that I'll be trying in the upcoming weeks. At issue is the fact that I work late 2 days a week and on these days we generally order in. Usually it is Chinese on Wednesday and Spanish on Thursday. The past two weeks I have ordered the steamed vegetables and chicken over white rice. It was pretty good, but I understand the garlic sauce on the side is high in sodium. Spanish is the big issues. Have no idea what to order from there. I'd been hooked on their chicken soup which is fabulous, but as I have learned, loaded with sodium. I need some ideas not only for my new diet, but also what to do on these 'take out ' nights.
