sleepy

I have discovered a pitfall..when I get sleepy I eat. Alas as I have children and work that sometimes makes me sleep deprived, I cannot always sleep when I am tired. What do you do? I need suggestions to avoid late night/middle of the night snacking.

    That one is tricky. My thought would be to hydrate well and budget calories for low-cal snacks to have on hand for when you want to snack (low-cal popcorn, pretzels, a few grapes). I would tend to choose more carb type snacks to try to wake up a bit, but that would just be me.
