What do your macros look like? I'm tracking fat, carbs, protein, sodium & sugar.

I've finally started looking at my numbers beyond calories... I'm mostly interested in carbs and sugar I am usually over on both. I don't ever seem to be able to get much fat in and still have calories to eat much so that's been an issue too. Any advice I can get I'd greatly appreciate! Thanks!

    40% Carbs, 30% Fat, 30% Protein is what I have always aimed for.

    I've heard thats the best way to preserve your muscle when eating such low calories, your protein should be top priority.
