hello!
So I've actually been on MFP for ages, but have fallen into a pattern of maintaining weight I lost a while ago rather than losing anything. I'm very active but unfortunately at the end of the day my ridiculous appetite often gets the better of me, I'm just looking for a few pals to help with motivation and to talk to when those snacking pangs kick in! Ive plateaued for toooo long!
I'm also a good motivator and can help with support!

    I am 22 and have also been on MFP for ages. Recently put on 5kgs and looking for someone to help motivate me too!
