Ugh!!! Round 2

So...I started MFP in March and was doing great! I don't have too much to lose (about 12 pounds) and I had lost about 7 lbs as of June. Well I graduated from college and my routine got all messed up and I no longer had a free gym and a strict schedule. So... I got all stressed out and started eating without thinking and slacked (but didn't stop) with the exercise. And I've gained about 5 lbs back and I feel horrible about it! So now I'm back on track for the 2nd day and I'm not going to let the stress of a full time job and grad school get in the way! I'm going to go all of the way this time and stay there!

If any of you would like to start a group to check in once a week and help to keep each other on track let me know!

    Welcome back! I know how a change in life can screw everything up. I was doing great in the fall semester of last year, but once the spring came I just threw everything to the side due to a change in schedule. Now, I started back on a weight loss program with MFP in June and have been getting healthier.

    You should come join our group. It's called "A New Me - Let's Get Started - Part 2". It's in the General Diet and Weight Loss section. :smile: It's a very warm and welcoming group and we weigh in on Wednesdays.
