Mind Set and Weightloss

Good Morning all

So overall i know that this whole lifestyle change and all is a mindset! Mine keeps getting distratcted!

Struggling to keep focussed! I am a major emotional eater and I am really struggling to get this under control! Last night i climbed into a whole nut slab and DEMOLISHED IT past 22:00 :(

    I, also, was an emotional eater. The only thing that has worked for the last 4 months is - you can't eat what's not in the house. Honestly, if I really crave something, I know in my heart that I will eat it. So, starting 2 months ago I decided that the only foods in the house would be healthy foods. Once I quit eating sugar/sweets/desserts, I no longer crave the sugar. Good luck, This is a very hard thing to overcome!

    I do that too! The stupid chocolate is there as part of a gift for a friend! and well no i have to buy another one!!! :cry:
