Need advice regarding amount of exercise

Ok so I have noticed that I have stopped losing weight over the last 3 weeks and would like some opinions/advice on why this might be... here is what I have been doing daily as far as exercise:

At work:
Monday - Friday, everyday : 33 minutes of elliptical (intervals..low at 5.5 mph for 3 minutes, high at 10mph for 1 minute) .. average about 300 calories burned.

After work:
Thursday - Body Pump 60 minutes (weight lifting)
Friday - Zumba 60 minutes
Saturday - Body Pump 60 Minutes (weight lifting) --- going to change this to Body Combat (cardio) though
Sunday - Body Pump 60 minutes (weight lifting)
Monday - Body Combat (cardio)
Tuesday - rest - no gym
Wednesday - rest - no gym

For my food, I stay at recommended calories and I usually eat back all the calories I get from exercise (or I get really close to eating them all back, usually within a hundred or so). I do have trouble watching my sodium, usually over by a few hundred daily. I generally drink 12 - 14 cups of water a day (except on weekends). I am also breastfeeding-- which is already added into my calorie requirement (which MFP puts me at about 1950/day).

My question is..am I exercising too much? Last week I was pretty down on myself about everything and thought about ramping up my cardio more... but I really dont think that will help. This morning I thought about it a bit more and I am wondering if maybe Im doing too much exercise. Thoughts?? Suggestions???
