Systemic Enzymes

Has anyone ever taken or is taking systemic enzymes? I am looking online at all the information (of course there is a ton) about different brands and if it's good or bad. The reason I am looking is that I was on a week of predisone and it helped alot, I didn't know how good you can feel without aches. I do not want to be on it again because I don't want the side effects and I am looking for a 'natural' inflamation reducer just in case.

One week of systemic steroids isn't quite long enough to down regulate your natural hormones (cortisol)
Nutritiondata.com has a scale for measuring inflammation for foods
Look into supplementing with fish oil for inflammation0 -
I already use fish oil, but I will look at the webiste you listed. The pain has been ongoing (thought it was syotic) and I finally got fed up and went to the doc. They said it's not sinal, but muscle/skeletal) gave me a week's worth to see if it would help, it did. I hate taking meds so if it all comes back, I just wanted to have options.0
