Does anyone here meditate? and for how long? alot of people tell me it helps clear your mind and helps you to stay focused. I have tried this and i can last 15 minutes then i have to move about haha

    I love how it's advertised, with peaceful surroundings and perfect posture.

    And then there's me feeling like I'm hunched forward, trying to drown out the sounds of the kids fighting amongst themselves. XD

    I think I'd be more into meditation if I could have that picturesque experience.

    I meditate and try to do it daily. Some days I can go for an hour; some days I can only go for 15 minutes. It all depends. I do know that since starting I sleep better and handle stress better. It is definitely something that takes practice. :)

    Yep, I aim for at least 30 minutes most days, but whatever I can squeeze in - ideally undisturbed but I'm at a stage now where I can switch over in pretty much any situation. I have been practising for years, mind you, and that's all I can say to you - practise, practise, practise! It will get easier :-) Not so much for focus, more for clarity, perspective and peace of mind.
