Day One, here we go!

Brand new to this site and have been reading through so many inspirational stories! I can't wait to get started, and maybe make some friends along the way. I lead a decently healthy lifestyle, diet-wise, though I will admit soda is often a weakness. My biggest weakness is exercise. I don't enjoy it, don't really know how to 'properly' do much, and time is always a factor. So I'm here to stop making excuses about why I don't exercise and just start DOING it. If anyone has any tips on starting out or at home exercising with little to no equipment, I would love to hear them. Thanks!
