30 Day Shred Opinions...

Hey All!! I am wanting opinions on the 30 Day Shred workouts. I currently do Turbo Jam and LOVE it, but I want something else too. Please let me know your thoughts.

I love it!! I sweat like crazy doing it but I love that. When I first started I wasn't used to the high impact and felt like I was getting shin splints but I kept going and it got better. I'm did Level 2 Day 8 today. While you're doing it you can't wait to finish but when you do you feel great! And it's only 20 minutes, which is why it's high intensity. Good luck!0

I'm on level 1 day 4, so I can't speak personally for results just yet, but it's a great workout! Just be prepared to be pretty sore for the first couple of days.0

I finished day 9 of level 2 this morning. I love this work out.I have lost 9 inches but only 3 lbs. The workout is quick, before you realize it you are done for another day (which I think is my fave part).
I have never been a big Jillian fan, but her workout do the trick.0
