Growing taller

HI,

Well im a 23 y o guy, and am very unhappy with my height, is there any i mean ANY way to grow taller for me at this stage of my life? or any hints to look taller ??

    I hear hanging from a pullup bar for 6 hours straight works

    Excellent posture can appear to add a few inches, but it won't actually make you grow. Or you could have someone strap you to one of those wooden torture instruments and stretch you.

    there is a surgery where they insert rods into your legs. and every day they turn screws that will elongate just a little. you can gain a few inches that way.
