So I've never really had a scale, but I really want to lose these 15 lbs. I always weigh myself at friends houses or other random times, but i feel like it is inaccurate on different types of scales. I just try to measure my weight loss through the fit on my jeans and just how i look and feel. do you guys think i should get a scale...and what kind (digital?)

I have a digital scale that is very accurate, it displays 0.2 of a pound, and it's simple, so no body fat percentages, multiple user memory, etc to worry about.

I bought a new digital scale right after I started losing. No bells and whistles...just gives an accurate weight. I would recommend one. However, don't make the scale your god. Take measurements, too.
