Losing weight consistently every day...

My activity level is set to sedentary, and I eat 1,200 calories a day. I either hit that, or get VERY close to it. On days I exercise, I eat back a good chunk of my exercise calories (most of the time more than half).
I've been losing small amounts of weight consistently every day (like, 2-4 ounces). I started at 128.8 and am now 126.4.
I've been on here for about 2 weeks now and have lost a little over 2 pounds, so I guess it's working!
Is anyone else consistently losing weight?

I'm going down pretty consistently--24 pounds in 3 months. I usually have around 1200 calories/day, sometimes a little under, sometimes a little over. I don't eat back my exercise calories and try to eat as "clean" as possible.

I've been down this road many times before and, for whatever reason, things are easier this time.
