Advice on Insaity and 30 Day Shred

Hey Guys! I am on my fourth day of Insanity and I am LOVING IT! I have never sweated during a workout like I do with this program! Because I am a beginner to working out, I do take a lot of breaks during the workout, and modify some of the high impact to something I can do and because of these breaks I don't feel like I am getting the full benefits of it, so I have been considering adding the 30 Day Shred to my workouts as well. Since I can only do short ten minutes bouts of high aerobic activity, I wanted to add more of them. What do you guys think?
