Hello, I just thought I would share a little success with you today. :)

It has been almost TWO YEARS since I have had a drop of pop! No diet pop either. I feel so much better about myself and water has become my best friend. ;) Now back to the original post.. to quit or not to quit? I chose to quit, and you can to! I'm here if you need any support, add me!

Thats awesome. Soda is my biggest evil. I used to drink 2-3 diet sodas a day. I don't like coffee so it would be my morning pick me up, my lunch drink, and my dinner drink. I have gone one week without a soda or any caffeine and I am still struggling with not wanting one. Not sure if I can make it 2 years lol

You can!! Once you get past the first two weeks it's easy. It makes it hard because soda is always the cheapest and most convenient. ;) But you can do it! Add me if you want!

I haven't had a soda in over 7 years....do NOT miss it one bit, and in fact, cannot even tolerate the taste any more! Yay for getting rid of empty calories/non-nutritive liquids! \m/

Well, I haven't had ANY pop in 2 months and my husband had a pepsi and I thought, ''Oh that looks so good it's not gonna hurt to have a little sip''. It Was SO nasty!!! I couldn't believe it!!! It was just thick fizzy syrup! Yuck!
And no comments about , ''well, pepsi IS gross. Coke is better''... LOL!!!!

I have no problem dropping it. I can't have caffeine as it gives me migraines but my fiance and I often share a drink if we're grabbing a quick bite and then we'll have sprite. Otherwise I save Sweet Tea for special dinners out and drink water the rest of the time.

Yes you can!!!! Congrats on going a week without it! Diet is just as bad ,if not worse. Artificial sweeteners are just horrible for you. I think it's fair to say you are addicted and thats why you are struggling so much. I really hope you can stay away from it. It will really be a wonderful change for you. :flowerforyou:
