Greetings from Norway (Europe)

I'm a 26 year old girl (or maybe I'm a woman by now? :tongue: ) from Norway, a country in Europe. Link to map if anyone is interested: http://goo.gl/maps/tzsO.

I lift weights and as heavy as I can manage.:smile: Simple as that. No machines for me, I prefer dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells or my own body for resistance. :heart:

Started training at a gym at the age of 20, but my workingout was not really serious or goal oriented. I have no clue what i weighed at this time but it was around 125 kg (275.5lbs ). Or so I have estimated. 2 years down the road I had lost some weight and I got the courage to actually weigh myself and it showed 114,6kg (253lbs) It wasn't much but it was something. I maintained that weight for a year. And then I got a bit more serious with the whole training at the gym. In 5 months I lost 60,5 lbs. That weight I have maintained until now, since my focus has been on getting stronger.

My Current weight is 84kg (185 lbs). Long term goal is to lose 44-35 lbs. Short term goal is to lose 13 lbs by 14th of August. In addition I want to build muscle and get stronger.
