Do you do cardio before weight-lifting, or after?

Looking to see what people say they do ..
I usually do 20 minutes of cardio before weight lifting, then 60 minutes weights then 20 mins of cardio again.
I`m thinking of changing it up, though.

After. I just do warm-up sets for each exercise, and save the cardio for when I'm completely finished lifting.0

I personally do cardio after my weight lifting. If you do an intense cardio session before your weight lifting it could impact your lifts. When you do any sort of work you use up muscle glycogen stored in your muscles that provide energy, when you do cardio you could deplete the stored muscle glycogen which gives you less energy in your weight lifting. however 20 minutes shouldnt impact you too much so you should be good0

I do 30 minutes of cardio 30 minutes weight lifting then finish strong with 30 more minutes of cardio!0

5-10 minutes cardio to warm up then my weights
Alternate cardio and weight days so rarely do both together
If I need to though I will always do cardio 2nd so as I can give 100% intensity to the weights session0 -
I usually do it after so I can keep burning calories. But in the winter when I am power lifting I do It on separate days or before. Because I am just too tired to do it after.0

Usually about 10 minutes cardio before strength training to warm up, then the rest of my cardio session after.0

Cardio after lifting. I want to focus most of energy on lifting right now.0

I can't do more than a light warm up on days I lift. I'm completely wiped out when I'm done.0

15min of cardio prior to weights at lunch
30-45min of cardio at night.0 -
Only on days I don't lift. Hard weight lifting prevents serious cardio within the same few hour span.0

warm up weights cardio. After a hard cardio work out weight lifting suffers. After a tough weight work out cardio is easier to grin through. Shorter cardio on wieght days.0

My trainer recommended doing it before so that you are at peak strength and focus. However, I have to do it after because I absolutely hate it and need to get the blood pumping, energy up with cardio first.0

I used to do it first, now I do it on separate days0
