Flat feet arch support?

My arches aren't completely flat but they aren't normal either, so half my arch has fallen it looks like.
I've been getting horrible shin splints while running and someone suggested my arch may be wrong so I'm wondering if there are any good low arch insoles that could help me with my low arches that is in 20-30 range
