New here! In my mid 20s losing weight for my wedding!

Hi everyone! I obviously want to be fit and healthy over all, but it was my wedding that sparked this weightloss/lifestyle change. I lost weight once before by just eating vegetables and excessively exercising but that was just not a healthy or sustainable way to lose weight (I also gained it all back when I moved to Scotland and began eating sausage rolls!). Anyway, I am back on it again, hoping to keep this weight off and feel my best self on my wedding day. You're welcome to add me as a friend!
