I'm 5'6" and started with 45-50 at 187, now at 173 with at least 37 left. Always love friends with similar goals! Basically when I get to 145 I'm thinking of starting to really lift more, so I don't really know what weight I'll be when I have a nice body fat level, maybe like 130!. :happy:
