Okay so I had a fever Monday night-Tuesday evening. Yesterday I was fine. Fever was gone and felt great. However, at the end of the day, I started getting a rash on my hands. Then I woke up today with a a rash on my feet too. I now have a rash all over the palm of my hands and my fingers. I also have it on the sole of my feet. I don't feel sick at all. my feet and hands just kinda hurt because of the swelling. I discovered it was HFM disease! GRR! Okay so to my question:
Can I still workout? I do feel fine. No fever. My temperature is 96. something so it's all perfectly normal. I am training for a half marathon so I need to keep training, but I wanted to make sure it is safe. I won't go to the gym, I don't wanna spread it.
