Ouch!

Ok I've been walking no less than 3.5 mph and running 5 mph 6 days a week for about 2 weeks. Coming from a girl who has never ran, I'm now up to running 2 miles in 24 minutes without stopping!:) BUT my Shins are killing me afterwards and in the morning when I wake up I can hardly walk until I've stretched!! I have bought new running shoes, I stretch, warm up and cool down, What DO I DO?
