30 Day Shred - Weights Question & my Results (thus far)

I'm wondering what weights everyone used for 30DS by Jillian Michaels??

On my 30 Day Shred journey, thus far, I have done Level 1 TWICE, with about 2 weeks in between. I count my calories and I lost 17lbs. For the weights I used 2+3Lbs. I used 5Lbs for the chest flys only.

I am now on day 4 of level 2, and I feel like this level is... really exhausting. I like it but even though I'm drinking water and the air conditioning is CRANKED, I felt like I was going to pass out yesterday and I had to lie down (I ended up taking a lot of breaks as I was so light-headed but I did all but the last 5 mins) Today I almost completed it all but took a couple short breaks and followed the easier girl this time. Oh and for this Level 2 I use again mostly the 2lb weight and sometimes the 3. Only the 5lbs weight when it's more of a static thing.

I don't have a HRM, but I log each day of shred as 180 cals burnt.

I feel like even though I am only on day 4 of Level 2, that I am not seeing results in the mirror or scale the way I did with Level 1.

Any advice or ideas?
