Getting back on the wagon

Since the start of the year I've lost 21 pounds, but since May 16th I haven't really been trying. I went on holiday at the end of may and have had various functions since.

The way I lost the most weight was giving up chocolate, alcohol, bread and diet coke for lent, and now I'm struggling to get back on track.

I want to lose another 21 points or so by the end of the year. Please give me some words of advice or encouragement to keep going!
