    WAY TO GO! So im starting this low calorie diet today:) i used to do low carb and lost like 50 lbs but i slowly gained it all back and want to lose 60 and im scared but your story was a great way to start......

    Thanks guys, I weighed in at 302 and that was my absolute heaviest a few years back, I decided to go to the doctor this year after just being sick and tired of being overweight and unhappy. She looked at me and said, if you don't lose weight, you are going to die. I guess this struck a cord and from that day forward I have completely changed the way I eat, and how much I eat and I started exercising. Not much at first, as you can imagine someone at 290+lbs trying to do much. Now I pretty much do a little bit of weight training and do stair stepping and use my elliptical religiously. I can now go an hour without stopping, at first I was lucky to last 10 minutes. I drink nothing but water, really, no milk, no juice, no soda, nothing. I gave up sweets but am still fighting my addiction to chips haha! I try to buy baked or veggie chips though. I also changed how I prepare meals, no more deep frying, a lot of grilling, baking, etc It is really all the little changes that you make that add up.. Trust me, if I can do it, ANYONE can, that is no lie. I mean look at my before, where are my eyes lol, I was in such denial it makes me sick! Good luck everyone! :)

    Wow!!! Great job! Also, I hope this doesn't come across creepy in anyway, but love your eyebrow arch in the 2nd pic... I need to get mine done again...its been so long I look like a cavewoman, maybe I should go for something similar
